Drei Schritte schaffen\u00a0wesentliche Voraussetzungen daf\u00fcr \u2013 hier geht’s los:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Der\u00a0erste Schritt<\/em>\u00a0zur\u00a0F\u00fchrungskompetenz<\/strong>\u00a0ist die Unterscheidung von Mitarbeitenden-Fragen oder -Themen, welche sich auf meinen \u00abErstberuf\u00bb, also meine fachlichen Qualifikationen, beziehen und solchen, bei welchen es um das eigentliche Thema F\u00fchrung geht.<\/p>\n
